We are currently seeking dedicated, licensed English teachers to join government schools across Brunei’s four districts. This long-standing program supports over 200 international teachers, many of whom call Brunei home for several years due to its safe environment, professional rewards, and central location for travel.
The Mission
As a key part of Brunei’s national education strategy, you will deliver high-impact classroom instruction to improve student proficiency and attainment levels. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute to national intervention programs and capacity-building initiatives across primary, secondary, and sixth-form colleges.
Remuneration & Benefits Package
- High Tax-Free Salary: BND 42,000 – 66,000 (Approx. £24,000 – £38,000) per year, paid monthly.
- Completion Bonus: Receive a generous bonus of 1/6th of your total salary upon successful contract completion.

Requirements
- A University Degree from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.

- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification classroom teaching experience (experience in Key Stage 1 or 2 is highly valued).
- A valid Driver’s License. (Note: The Bruneian licensing practical test is conducted in a manual/stick-shift vehicle).
